Hi doctors,
First off I would like to thank the doctors who would give their time to respond to my query.
So, I noticed very small red spots on the roof of my mouth this evening. I have been having a mild cold since this morning along with a bit of a runny nose.
Just wanted to understand if the red spots on the roof of my mouth are dangerous or cancerous? I did not notice these spots previously on the roof of my mouth, but I noticed them today.
A bit about my health history - I smoke around 3 cigarettes a day (morning, after lunch and after dinner). I do not drink alcohol. I have not tested for any diabetes and/or anything else as well recently. My height is 5'4" and I weigh around 73 kgs.
Please help me out in understanding if this is in any way cancerous.

I can see some dents on my teeth , I guess it's early stage tooth decay ....can it be reversed by rinsing salt lukewarm water or do I need to rinse it with fluoride rinse mouthwash to reverse and which mouthwash should I use which is affordable ?

I frequently get cavities .. so one dentist suggested me to use toothmin toothpaste at night.
And I daily morning use either closeup or colgate toothpaste which contains sodium fluoride.
Is it OK with the morning toothpaste I'm using or please suggest a toothpaste?

Post filling sensitivity on that filled area when i chew semi hard to hard food for two months post filling. Sensitivity lasts around 3-4 secs. Attached post op xray. Please help
