Sensitivity of filled tooth
Post filling sensitivity on that filled area when i chew semi hard to hard food for two months post filling. Sensitivity lasts around 3-4 secs. Attached post op xray. Please help

So you are feeling pain and senstivity after tooth filling is because your  tooth filling is deep and placed on pulp therefore it is applying pressure on chewing and biting on your pulp and it causes pain for this tooth root canal treatment is the best option

Your filling send to be close to the pulp. All your dentist to remove the filling and try pulp capping to save it from RCT.. if not possible then you need to go in for RCT
