After my lower left wisdom tooth removal last week my Left lower Teeth have become extremely sensitive is this common?

It’s a common problem after wisdom tooth extraction. Sometimes roots of adjacent tooth are exposed . It will subside with time.

Yes sometimes the roots of the adjacent tooth may be exposed after wisdom tooth extraction leading to sensitivity. You can use any sensitivity toothpaste and senquel AD mouthwash for a few weeks
