Can that pain be because of tablet side effects.cancer is in 1st stage which got to know while screening is it pain because of tablet or cancer itself what are the side effect of zelgor tablet

Hi,My father underwent prostate removal surgery (RARP) for prostate cancer on 18 May 2026. After the surgery, we did a PSA test on 5th July 2026, and the result came back as 0.55 ng/mL.
