Hello.. my daughter have flat feet since very early age. She shows a very minor sign of very minor limp (not putting her heel down the floor while walking) and also do not play running sports. She is good in swimming though. No pain reported at any time. No injury has happened to her. As per one of the doctor 's advice, she is using insole of 11 mm and there is no further treatment required as per Doctor. What are the general cause of Flat feet and will there be any issue in later phase of her life or the flat feet issue will go off once she grows older. Also, any further thing apart from insole will be helpful. I heard many people have flat feets and that not an issue.
