8 months old doing army crawling since more than 1.5 months she is getting to normal crawling position since 2 days and taking few steps but again getting back to army crawling position is there any thing to be worried she is pulling to stand with the help of furniture also

Her fever increased to 103.5°F, so I consulted her doctor again. He asked me to stop Calpol and changed her medicines. Earlier, she was treated with Meftal P, Ventimox-CV (antibiotic) and cough syrup. Now the doctor has prescribed Patmox (antibiotic), Sypara and Novrex-LS (cough syrup). He also gave a medicine/pill through the rectal area due to the high fever. Could you please confirm whether Patmox is safe, considering she recently had Ventimox-CV, and whether it is necessary? Is the rectal medicine safe? Since her fever reached 103.5°F, does she need any blood, urine or other tests?
