Hello.. my husband having lower back pain since two months. Earlier doctor said low vitamin d is the reason, so he is injected five injection for the same and some medicines for the pain, also taking vit d3 60k shots since two months. Pain subsides for some time but come back after some time. He is not able to move to other side if lying. Please suggest what to do and whom to concern for the same.
I have a sharp pain in my left heel...which is more when I stand up after some rest . It is more severe in the morning immediately after waking up...How to deal with that... Standing for long time also worsen it...pain killer helps but for a short time period.
