Pudendal Neuralgia

I had vaginal infection and was treated with flucanazole and several other antibiotics. I had a strong electric shock like stabbing near my left vagina and inner things. I visited a doctor complaining of it.. he said it could be nerve issue. He gave me pragabalin and I had it for few months. When I had that medicine the stabbing electric shock pain vanished but had itching and burning sensation on a left vaginal area and butt.. some days it used to be very strong itching like biting sensation. Slowly it subsided and now I have itching and burning once in a while especially around my ovulation and periods time. I was advised to take Pelvic MRI.. the result was normal. Then the doc told me it could be mild pudendal neuralgia. Now I am given oleptal and veintree. Can someone pls tell me if this issue will resolve? Is this itching a sign of healing?
