My husband has had redness in both eyes since yesterday. Which drop he will apply.please suggest me.

No proper sleep

About 7–8 hours ago, my fingernail accidentally scratched my eye. After that, I noticed two small red spots on the white part of my eye. There is a slight burning sensation, but I have no vision problem and no severe pain.
