Hello, I am having an eye infection since last few days. I didn't tell you because it was improving. It worsened over last 2 days. Most likely bacterial. Improves with rose water or hing water. Can you suggest me anything?

Swelling near left eye
I have swelling neaet eh left side of my left eye, I hav eno idea how it happened I just work up from sleep and I could sense some swell up in left eye which hurt when I press it. As of now I don't see any pimple or puss kind of thing, can some one advise me how to cure.

My chief complaint is whenever I mediate with my eyes closed I have a sensation things are moving even after completion of mediation for sometimes (1-2) minutes it seems things are moving with My vision I dont feel dizzy or vertigo sensation, only vision seems to move after that it becomes normal.
