She has a ulcer about 2.5 cm from last 45 days. She takes normal medication like orasore, omiprazol etc but not recover. She done biopsy also but report not understood. So need to consult what can I do and explain the attached report.
May we know the seriousness of the report. Surgery done on May 14th and this report received on June 30th. Does Radiotherapy really required
Dear Doctor, I m 28 male i m pmbcl patient i had a tumor in my chest above my heart i had rchop regimen with 6 cycles which ended in april than radiotherapy session which ended in may. Now i m feeling ok and sometime pain in left side of the chest is it due to radiotherapy side effects? And i m facing serve acne issue on face can i take isotrotine? Would it be safe to take? Aside this i m facing foam in my urine what can be done pls explain

Heterogeneous fibroglandular tissue i seen bilaterally. Left breast showed at 1-2o clock position, in retroaerolar region, a small oval hypoechoic solid mass with circumscribed margins, measuring 0.7cm*0.7cm*0.4cm. The poorly vascular mass has no specific posterior features. Normal appearing lymphnodes are seen axillae bilaterally. Followup with usg to ensure ongoing stability in 6 months ... i did my 6 month and 12 month scan ... is there anything to worry about ... will it turn to cancer later.. do i need to do biopsy ?? Please help
