Penis foreskin issue

Hi Doctor, from many years my penis foreskin not cover glans it exactly lying at corona of penis. Is this something normal or abnormal ? I am not circumcised but my glans always looks like open

Urgently need a medical certificate.

I had a prolonged period last year of illness which resulted from an unknown viral fever, dengue, and also lead to further complications. It lasted 6-8 months and continued into this year as well. I need a medical certificate for this to claim academic compensation. I will provide proofs of my illness and the format of the letter. Preferably from a doctor in Pune, but I'll manage if it's not possible. I need it by today itself. Thank you.

Body response during workout

Hello doctor. I am a beginner with exercise and workouts, and even during light activity or stretching I sometimes get erections very easily. Sometimes even thinking about exercise makes me anxious because I worry this may happen again. Due to embarrassment and overthinking, I have avoided exercise many times even though I want to improve my health. Sometimes a small amount of clear fluid also comes from the private area during or around exercise. There is no pain, swelling, burning, or urinary problem, but mentally it makes me uncomfortable and worried. I also wanted to ask about stomach-down positions like cobra pose or lying prone. During erections, I become confused about safe positioning against the floor or bed. Should it rest naturally or be adjusted upward comfortably? I mainly want to know what is medically safe, whether this can be a normal body response, and how I can exercise comfortably without fear or shame.

Health issue

Problems started after 2021.Three months after my grandfather's death, I felt as if I had a serious illness.I felt unbalanced which is still ongoing, although I have never fallen till date. Sometimes, when I wake up from sleep, it feels as if there is some wave going on behind my ears.If there is any small problem, I think too much.I just had gallbladder surgery two months ago. Whenever I use the phone, I don't feel anything like this.If I leave the phone, then I get that strange feeling of imbalance, a strange, sick feeling. There is pain in the head through the neck and the shoulders also feel heavy. After the surgery, there is fatigue in the hands and legs and a feeling of cold waves anywhere in the body at any time. Initially, I used to feel nervous , anxious, now I have become a little  used to it. But even now, when I feel like this, I don't feel like doing any work. there is anger and a lot of irritability I feel like staying alone, I don't want to talk to anyone.
