Hello, after half a year of starvation because of stomach issue, I am not recovered properly at home, rest and sleep. Now I feel breathless and if I don't rest and go outside when I'm tired due to family conflict sometimes, sensation from hands and feet and lips and teeth goes the same time my heartbeat rises. this events happen constantly Can anyone explain what is happening
I have been experiencing occasional chest discomfort for the past 9–10 years. At times, my chest feels heavy, and occasionally I experience brief pain that lasts around 10–15 seconds before resolving on its own. The pain can vary in nature—sometimes it feels like a sharp, pin-prick sensation. These episodes usually occur once or twice a day.
