Headache for 1 year that shifts sides.

Headache started before my boards I thought it was because of stress but it became constant,I have constant headache for more than a year  which shifts sides depending on which side i sleep on.it sometimes gets worse when it comes to my left side,I have no other symptoms other than my headache.it mostly feels like some weight is put on me and sometimes like a nail is pierced in my head.

My mother went blank today morning, she is forgetting things. Now also she doesn’t remember a lot of events and keeps asking repeated questions Consulted neurologist, he diagnosed absence seizure She doesn’t even remember we went to Dr Just want to ask will she be okay because she can’t remember events and ye long term toh nahi hai? If you have any idea CT came normal , he asked to get EEG done Any chance of it recurring again? Also Dr prescribed epilex chrono 300 twice a month, is it safe to take?

Head tightness( Pressure) on study

1) Major problem:- I have been feeling forehead tightness ( pressure like) since last 2.5years . I don't have throbbing pain. This head tightness become worse as soon as I start studying, eating spicy food and sweet products and Mobile/Laptop screen.  2)All  tests Normal:- Brain MRI, Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid, Ct PNS ( Sinusitis), Sugar test, BP, etc.             3) My earlier lifestyle:- I was preparing for competitive exam since 2020 via  online class in  Mobile.  So, I cut all physical activities and Outdoor sports and devote my max time in study .                       4) Visited many doctors but nothing worked.              5) Due to frustration, typed my problem in Chatgpt. It examined my problem as -(Tension headache with Brain Hypersensitivity). Prescribed medicine - Dezula 20mg, Nortimer 25mg. Initially it worked for 3 months like magic and i was able to study like normal. But Nowadays, again same problem arises. 6) will my problem permanent, not curable??

DURING SLEEP, MY SPOUSE'S leg is tight

During sleep , suddenly the legs of my  spouse are getting tight. One nerve seems right and pulling the leg. After pain spray and light massage, it subsides. At that time it was very painful. At that time, I feel that ahe can't stand and walk for life. But after some time, it is ok. When ahe has to sit on a chair for a long time, it happens again. Age 57. Diabetic. Treatment going on for diabetes. Pp fasting sugar is normal now. One nerve near the knee is clearly visible swelling at that time but afterwards it is normal.
