Low-Normal Testosterone – Need Medicines

Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. My height is 5'9" (175 cm), my weight is 100 kg, and my BMI is 32.6 kg/m². My recent fasting morning total testosterone level is 321 ng/dL (reference range: 249–836 ng/dL). Although it is within the normal range, it seems low for my age. My HbA1c is 5.7%. Do I need any further evaluation? Do I need any treatment, medicine, or supplements? I have attached my testosterone report. Please advise.

Feeling diziness

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing dizziness on and off for some time. When I stand up or walk, I feel unsteady, as if I might fall. I also experience the same sensation while sitting on a bike or in an e-rickshaw. There is no spinning sensation, but I feel a loss of balance. I recently underwent a full body health check-up. Some of the important findings are: * Vitamin D: 13.7 ng/mL (Deficient) * Vitamin B12: 167 pg/mL (Low) * Platelet Count: 117,000/µL (Low) * HDL Cholesterol: 23.7 mg/dL (Low) * LDL Cholesterol: 131.4 mg/dL (Borderline High) My blood sugar tests (Fasting Glucose and HbA1c), thyroid profile, kidney function, and most other blood tests are within the normal range. Could these abnormal values be related to my dizziness and balance issues? Please let me know what could be the possible cause and what further evaluation or treatment you would recommend. Thank you.

Shortness of breath, excessive yawn

Hi doctors. Since yesterday, I've been feeling like I can't take deep breaths, even while standing and doing basic tasks like showering. I have been diagnosed with allergy, PCOD, GERD, migraines and was also given anxiety medications once. I try to take deep breaths and end up yawning, or getting incomplete yawns. Day before yesterday, at night, I had a stressful event with my family, which ended in me crying for an hour or so. Please advise on how to feel better, as this is really bothering me. All my focus is now on trying to take a full breath, instead of my other tasks.
