Low-Normal Testosterone – Need Medicines

Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. My height is 5'9" (175 cm), my weight is 100 kg, and my BMI is 32.6 kg/m². My recent fasting morning total testosterone level is 321 ng/dL (reference range: 249–836 ng/dL). Although it is within the normal range, it seems low for my age. My HbA1c is 5.7%. Do I need any further evaluation? Do I need any treatment, medicine, or supplements? I have attached my testosterone report. Please advise.

Need your suggestion

Dear Doctor, I also have another concern regarding my sexual health. Whenever I have sexual thoughts or become sexually aroused, a small amount of clear fluid (pre-ejaculate/precum) is released from my penis. I usually stop the arousal by diverting my mind before ejaculation because I want to avoid the odor and stains that occur after ejaculation. Is it medically normal to stop at the pre-ejaculate stage, or is it better to allow ejaculation to occur? Could repeatedly suppressing sexual arousal before ejaculation have any harmful effects on my health or contribute to any urinary, prostate, or sexual problems? Thank you for your guidance.
