Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now
I was having upper abdomen pain since 5 month , I am having dull ache specially after poop in upper stomach, endoscopy showed gastritis and h pylori, doctor will start course of hpylori 1 month as I have indigestion and it will have side effect , currently given pro biotic for 10 days...how to fix this stomach pain

I was positive for Hpylori in july and gastro gave me Rifashell 400 twice for 30 days but could only do 20days then i had to stop because of some financial distress. Now in Sep I m getting acidic burps and burning sensation i m nauseous and moreover i use to take nicotex beacuse i quit smoking 6 months ago. How can i get my digestion back and gut issues be gone? Should i repeat Rifashell400 and complete the course ? Should i add something to heal my gut lining. Cause PanD couldnt solve my acidity it s too extreme.
