Since few months I've been having brain fogginess and also a lot of palpitations in the stomach and passing gas and my stomach pulses when I lie down. So the brain fogginess is bad and is also a little dizziness. What could this be and how can I solve this? My all stool tests and ultrasounds are okay and yeah I'm just thinking what tests to get?
