Acid reflux for past 6 months

6 month before i hadsore thorat at morning after wakeup.i treated for sore thorat with vitamin tablets.then 4 months before heartburn and stomatch burning added, and treated for acid reflux with ppi and antacid which reduced in a month.but nagging feeling in thoart is still there after wakeup and sleep after food.
