Hello Docs, Hope you all are doing well. For the past week, whenever I go to bed, I experience pain in my foot and calf. To relieve the pain, I need to place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking. I am having knee pain since few days it was after i do squats exercise then it go away. This happened for everytime i do squats. And i kept doing it for months. But since 2 days the pain is not going away. I am having fear , i don't want any arthritis. I am taking vit d 60k once a week for low vit d. Suggest some exercise for pelvic floor and knee, thigh.
