I am 3 months postpartum, from 7-8 months of pregnancy I was experiencing pain in my back left side , I'm not able to lift my back in a lying position. After delivery it worsened and now I have pain in my knee on the same side. It causes pain when I move my knee. I think there is some nerve problem from the back up to knees . If I sleep straight I will not be able to move the ankle too and knee. I am taking calcium supplement BONE SURE LC and MOKTEL prescribed by my gynaecologist. Now what should I do ? Is it go with time or should I start any exercise or meet with any doctor?
Which doctor should I connect with : physiotherapist or orthopedic?
I'm having neck pain and upper back pain only on left side and it is radiation to arms only and no tingling or pins and needles.
I visited ortho doctor he mentioned to take zerodol th max 4 for 5 days morning and night and pregaba m75 for 10 days. Is it ok to pregaba m75 with asomex 2.5 which I'm taking from 2 years. Also can I stop pregaba m75 after 10 days? Please help
Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Also, I've fallen on this knee 4-5 times in the last 2 years, and fractured my ankle 3 months back which led to plaster. If you can please give me some clarity about the findings. Written report is taking time.

My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises..
But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness.
But last week stopped painkillers and my shoulder gets heavy pains and iam unable to lift hand also .
Why is this happening . My surgeon is don't respond also exactly whats happening and he says how much ever comes that is enough like that .
Why doctor behaves like that .. ?
Plz tell doctors will I get improved and medicine important?

From past one month I am experiencing pain in left leg back of the heel region below the heel at back side plus the pain also on the back side of the left side where the joint is located.
Pain is also present when the leg is rested in air also I have taken etos mr for the same but pain relief is temporary.
Please reply at what is the reason for the pain plus suggest medicine for pain as I am allergic to nsaid pain killers
