Two weeks ago my vit d level came to 24.The doctor has given me 60k units of oral vit d shots.I often have pain in my knees, shoulders and back. And the calf also keeps getting tired.Can this ever be okay, doctor? The bones of my hands, feet or waist often crack while I am doing some work.what should I do now ?
I am 3 months postpartum, from 7-8 months of pregnancy I was experiencing pain in my back left side , I'm not able to lift my back in a lying position. After delivery it worsened and now I have pain in my knee on the same side. It causes pain when I move my knee. I think there is some nerve problem from the back up to knees . If I sleep straight I will not be able to move the ankle too and knee. I am taking calcium supplement BONE SURE LC and MOKTEL prescribed by my gynaecologist. Now what should I do ? Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Also, I've fallen on this knee 4-5 times in the last 2 years, and fractured my ankle 3 months back which led to plaster. If you can please give me some clarity about the findings. Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. I have been experiencing persistent tingling/pricking sensation (jhanjhanahat) in the sole of my foot for the past few days.
