I have been taking Indreal LA 20 mg once a day and tryptomer 10 mg once a day for almost 7 months for migraine treatment .Now the symptoms have settled .Will there be any side effect for taking this medicine for longer duration.Thanks
I currently work a hectic desk job where I am glued to the sceen for 10 hrs approx for 5/6 days a week. I have recently had issues with focus, I'm lazy, have started to feel brain fogged and loosing my chain of thoughts while speaking. Wanted to check if my B12 and Vit D is right. I have had low levels of both 6 yrs ago. Took the medication and have never tested back again. Also lifestyle has been sedentary from last 1 year in my new job.
