In the recent MRI report, I have been diagnosed with ACL sprain and Grade II signal at post horn medial meniscus. . My job demands me to stand and climb stairs a lot.What precaution should I be taking to heal soon?

There was no swelling at first I gave it one day rest and then slowly started walking again . I may have overdone it and now I see small swelling . I have been using sumo gel and crape bandage and ice packs .
Hi, How is my healing progress ? Xray of 1 month gap... Is that ok ? I feel like they are same... But Dr told , it's good and healing... I would be happy if i get confirmation about callus improvement... Improved ?
