My father aged around 55 years, an iron merchant for 25 years and works involved lifting heavy weights lifting. For the recent times suffering from severe back pain... sometimes pain last for few minutes like 10 mins ... sometimes feeling tired..not having bp sugar...how to get rid of these pain... whether using hip belt helps or what to do..used lot of pain relief spray, oilment etc.
I have a sharp pain in my left heel...which is more when I stand up after some rest . It is more severe in the morning immediately after waking up...How to deal with that... Standing for long time also worsen it...pain killer helps but for a short time period.
In January, I took an MRI because my cervical disc bulge symptoms got much worse and regular (I've had it for two years), with complete numbness of my right arm everyday even with simple functions like writing, typing, cooking, eating, etc. I tried different doctors, physiotherapy, ayurveda in different places because I live in a remote area (I'm a forest researcher) without doctors nearby. After my initial physiotherapy for one week, my pain and numbness extended to my left arm and shoulder. Instead of resting after, I went for another survey and both my arms went numb with severe pain in neck and upper back. In the following days, I had severe pain in right hip and slight numbness in right leg also. I tried ayurveda after this for two weeks. Now I feel okay if I absolutely don't use my arm but even walking slowly for 5 minutes starts the numbness in hand and leg. Do I need another MRI since my symptoms got worse or would that be a waste? what's the best way forward?
From past couple off days I'm having a pain in my right thumb. Don't even able to put pressure on anything from my right thumb I even tried pain relief spray as well but there is no sign of relief.
Attaching my MRI for reference (taken in 2023). I got sciatica 7 years ago and it healed on its own. Since then every year i used to get it once a year or so. But now the pain has changed..it's near groin region but sometimes changes its position to upwards too. Feels like something is tensed and pinching. It usually lasts for 2 weeks and goes away but now it's persistent. It feels ok when walking. But sitting and lying down feels uncomfortable regardless of position.
I used to be sedentary years ago but now i walk 10k steps and don't sit much. Still this happens. I have given up on a lot of things due to this pain.
I have no idea what's the cause and how to fix. I only get prescribed pain meds. But i really want to know why this is happening..im only 25, no unhealthy habits and am at normal BMI. I don't lift weights.This makes me depressed every night.
Please help me.
