Urine and headache
I am peeing dark brown urine sometimes it's ok and suddenly it will be too dark brown and non stop headaches and only on left or right side what does that mean

Ferritin Level
I took iron infusion during colonoscopy in February as I was on 24ug/l. Then, the iron was 532ug/l (February) after infusion. In March my blood result shows the iron dropped to 229ug/l. My question is, is it normal to see ferritin Level go down within a month with infusion. I was also diagnosed with crohn's disease but I don't have any crohn's symptoms. My colonoscopy was done because I had low iron.
