Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. Last year my mother started to have knee pain in her left knee. Took her to an ortho doctor, x ray showed knee osteoarthritis and he prescribed medicines but didn't help much.
