I am 30 years old and i was suffering from extreme tiredness and shortness of breath when I went to clinic my bp was 160 /100 later 10 days I have done 2d echo and it shows mild LVH and Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction present.
Now i feels very tiredness and I exhaust on small walk. Should i worry about this
During routine health check up i had 2d echo and there is Grade 1 DD in 2d echo report ?I am 30 years old slightly overweight but exact one year ago my 2d echo was normal.

Blood test - b12 and d3 deficiency
Thyroid T3 high little bit
No bp (127/65)
No diabetes (Blood sugar ( 95))

Is this dangerous anything, and what to do now

15 years of depression and anxiety patient, but since last 6 years medicine was not given because after her accident where her hand got fractured, she never took depression medicine...and all ok since than...but last one year this issue arises.
