Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now
Though I don't have constipation, when I pass stool it hurts a bit initially ad few drops of blood i can see dropping and along with stool as well.

Always bloting, heaviness,after eating,sound in stomach
Regurgitation after three hours meals, constipation 1.5 years
Some time stomach pain now.9 months felling watery leakages always but only gas passing and feeling going to latrin
Poor sleep, anxiety for latrin feeling
