My kid got dimple in buttecks

My kid got injection for allergy before 4months and now he got one dimple on that site with white discoloration is this curable or not? And why it's happening

Recurring weekly fever

My son, Dev has been getting mild fever every 7 days since the last 8 weeks. It lasts for 1-2 days. He is otherwise active, gaining weight and eating well. He has no rashes or any other pain with fever.

Hard stools for child

My child has hard stools form last 6 months..we met doctor and she did some check ups like thiroid...Those are normal. She prescribed move out...with that she is fine...When we stop the medication..Again the  problem started. Please advice on this.
