Iron deficiency

My son is 3yrs 5months, he is anemic due to iron deficiency. I have started giving him Amla, beetroot and carrot juice 100ml every morning on an empty stomach. Will it help with no side effects.. apart from this I also give him chicken or mutton liver weekly twice. Please advise about this juice I am not sure of making this a daily routine.

4 month peeing a lot

Hi, my baby boy is 4 months old, weighs 7.5kg, 65 cm. (birth weight:3.25 kg, 50 cm height). His urine frequency is very high. He passes stools 1-2 times a day, but pees almost 20 times in a day. Usually after feeds he pees every 10 -15 mins. Is this normal? Should I be worried ? Kindly advise. FYI, He is mostly on formula feed. Thanks

My baby is 4 month old and mucus stool

My baby is 4 month old and he and been on similac total comfort but due to continuous motion doctor changed to soy protein formula and after it got settled,but now I am using GG germia drops for 2 weeks before I start normal formula feed again ,but since 10 days i could see he has lots of mucus in stool in between small poops in stool and today got High fever of 102 , and stool frequency is 2 times a day , suggest me why this happening what should I do .
