After how many min/hours can we lie on bed after eating lunch or dinner? Is there any minimum timing for such things for better digestion?

Dr how much penis foreskin should cover glans in flaccid case. Mine don't cover at all and rest behind glans even i am uncircumcised. Is this needs some treatment or its fine ? I don't remember how my penis look in childhood, i started noticing this since puberty changes happened. Once i saw my 1 year elder brother penis his only pee hole is visible. High BP for last few months
My BP was coming in the range of 150/95 for last few months. I started taking homeopathic medicine. It has come down to 130/90. Got all my tests done including ECG and Echo. All is normal. Triglycerides and cholesterol, Hb are normal. Diastolic pressure is not coming down. Please suggest.
