A few years ago, I accidentally took isotretinoin 20mg for more than 7-8 months without a break, which resulted in a high level of alkaline phosphatase in my LFTs. It's been about 2 years since I stopped taking any kind of drug, but the problem persists. I get my LFTs done every 3 months, and mostly they are in the normal range. However, my gut is not able to break down food, resulting in difficulty gaining body weight. Although I don't often feel bloated, sometimes I do. I also feel hungry and eat a lot, but since the isotretinoin incident, I've never regained my real weight, which is 64kg. I am not able to weigh more than 56-57kg. Recently, I got a fibroscan done, which showed a median of 5.9 and a mean of 220. Despite undergoing various tests from ultrasound to blood tests to endoscopy, everything came out normal except for the fibroscan, and I think that could be the reason my liver is not producing enzymes to break down food? Do i have to use new drug "Resmetirom"

I've followed liquid diet for 2 weeks in order to lose my weight but after 2 weeks I couldn't control myself from eating & I have been over eating since last 5 days due to which I have frequent motions. It's like after morning motion, whenever I eat something i feel little puckish & I get motions in an hr. My stomach feels heavy all the time. Is there any medicine? Motions are normal but too frequent. I just feel food all the time on stucked in my chest. How do i clear my digestive system as normally I don't get motions more than twice a day whereas now I get those atleast 10 times a day.
So i had gastritis like symptoms before a week. I was put on rifagut 2x a day, pantocid d once a day snd providac 2x a day.
Now while being on the medication the burning has gone away but when i wake up i feel nauseous and epigastrium feels gassy and nauseous.
Is this cause of the providac? Shall i stop it for a day?
