Long term complications of Partial ZSR

I recently underwent partial zsr circumcision. What can be the long term complications? Are there chances of buried penis? I had grade 4 phimosis so skin is removed but chances of recurrence or any other serious complications? I'm already in guilt that why did I go through it and don't feel good. I'm scared of the long term complications. The biopsy report also showed balanopotisis with following result: GROSS EXAMINATION : Received specimen of foreskin measuring 2.5x2.0x2.0 cm. Overlying skin shows no ulceration or lesion.Representative tissue is submitted for processing and embedding in 1 block.Grossed by Dr.Anantika MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : Microscopic examination show soft tissue fragment lined by keratinizingstratified squamous lining epithelium. Subepithelium show fibrocollagenoustissue with dilated congested blood vessels and lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. No atypia / malignancy seen.IMPRESSION/ DIAGNOSIS : Findings are consistent with the clinical impression of Balanoposthitis.
