UTI pain returned after masturbation

Hello Doctor, Medical History: ​Confirmed UTI via urine test. Abdominal & scrotal ultrasound was normal. ​Completed a 10-day course of Cefixime 200mg, Flavoxate 200mg, and Serratiopeptidase. Symptoms almost cleared completely.About 15 days ago ​After finishing treatment, I had  masturbation/ejaculation once over 4-5 days, and the pain/discomfort has returned. ​I am currently in a remote college hostel  location with no doctor nearby. So please help me.

Bladder and urinary discomfort/pain

I have serious discomfort and urinary symptoms, urine culture and urinalysis shows no bacteria but ultrasound results says Urinary symptoms, no bacteria seen in culture and urinalysis Ultrasound says ; The urinary bladder is well distended with urine and shows increase wall thickness (5.68mm) with internal echo. I think it's leaning more into interstitial cystitis, what drug can I take? Kindly help

I have attached mri scan report Right testis absent Left testis is undecended testis In semen analysis test showing Azoospermia Bilateral seminal vesicles with mild hypoplastic with prominent cryst...but I don't feel any pain or symptoms Hormonal balance test are normal AMH report is normal Inhibin b test report is normal I have a concern that bcz of testis I have zero sperm count or from bilateral seminal vesicles I have zero sperm count...please clarify it

My dad has been taking roliflo od 2 and voxate for almost 7 months now(we were not aware of it) and now I want to help him taper off the medication and maybe switch to homeopathy, Kindly suggest me how to go about it as the prescribing doctor is very difficult to reach, should I consult another urologist?
