I have taut bands in pelvic floor muscles. Only able to pass stools or urine. Foreign body sensation like something is tied up with weird structure . Muscle feels like plastic, steel, id dry needling is temporary, botox is temporary, tpi injection is temporary. Exactly what is the treatment for this.

He got an ultrasound done with complaint of burning while passing urine only when he has to hold passing urine for a while..His PSA is normal at 0.6, Urine R/M report is also fully normal.
