Scan no fetal pole and heart beat at 5 w

Hello,according to my LMP I should be in 10th week but in ultrasound Dr found that a only gestational sac no fetal pole yolk sac and heartbeat and they says that I am 5 weeks how it could be possible

Usage of walker

My female baby is 11 months old, is able to sit without support and stand with support. Is it appropriate to buy her a walker to help her walk or should she walk on her own..some people told me that walker puts strain on back, especially spinal cord..what if she falls while trying to walk ..wont she fall down and hurt herself if she tries walking on her own..
