When watching videos, I often lose track of what was said and have to rewind repeatedly. I also frequently forget where I placed things within a few minutes. These difficulties occur regularly and affect my daily life and studies. My report Hb 14.4, HbA1c 5.3%, cholesterol/LDL/TG 130/71/90, LFT, B12 396, TSH 2.35, MRI Brain — normal. 🟡 Vitamin D3 23.8 — mildly low. I don't have any kind of depression
