After exotropia surgery double vision

So I had small const exotropia and intermittent exotropia.before surgery o had good eyesight. Both eyes 6/6. No double vision. It looked like I had fusion. Both eyes worked.so it's been 1 week after surgery.i have double vision and. Blurriness in operated eye.can't read with operated eye frm distanup to a certain distance there is no double vision.

No horizontal movement..

My 4 year old son unable to move his eyes laterally.. only he s able to move horizontally.. but his vision is normal... What would be the problem?
