Chest & throat tightness
I had a viral fever 3 weeks ago, but chest tightness lingers. Have a little wheezing sometimes have trouble taking in air. Stethoscope examination ruled out any congestion. Heart area is a little painful. Should I be alarmed, or is this normal post viral inflammation that goes away over time? I'm 37 F normal weight, exercise daily.
Shortness of breath
Sir, Whenever I am lying down in which ever side, having shortness of breath during deep breathing. Sometimes sitting upright or straight also happening. Noise coming from nose while lying down. Ex smoker but left it in the year 2023.Please guide. Regards
Cold or tb part 2
So from the past one week , I have sore throat but now from past 3 days , I started coughing too... I have tb mdr in the past whose treatment I have was completed about 1 yr ago... I have dull pain in my chest sometimes and I think I have been feeling less hungry as of lately... I did cbc and esr test today , it is completely normal.. esr is also in normal range...but Idk I m still scared about my tb relapse ? Should I do further tests or should I just take antibiotics for common cold ?

Now I started coughing a little too.. but there is no blood in my sputum though but I m suspecting that what if my pulmonary tb mdr has returned...which got cured a year ago... I do feel loss of appetite and also sometimes my chest pains a little when coughing
