After the uroflowmetry test I found that my peak flow is 15ml/sec with up and down curve with net volume 441ml. My post void residue is 41cc. Normal ultrasound report. I have got urinary hesitancy difficulty starting urination. I have got premature ejaculation problem. I feel burning in the anus and pelvis when I sit down and also when I lie down, after urination I feel discomfort. Is this prostate problem or urethral stricture problem?
Will it pass naturally or need any operation. If it pass naturally than how many days? And will i continue

It's been 20 days since my frenuloplasty and stapler circumcision happened. It happened on 14th May, it's been 20 days now.
