For the past 21 days iam having cough there is no fever and body pains but little bit itchy feeling in throat.I have consulted a physician in a charitable hospital and he prescribed x ray and tb medical tests.The reports are normal and he prescribed me one antibiotic tablet and gocof syrup, but still the cough is not cured.Again he prescribed me pulmonary function test.What's this problem and how can I clear this?Iam a teacher and also a fitness guy. But iam not doing any workouts now iam just doing walking.
I don't know how it was spread to me, i remember that I touched so many little students on their cheeks and mouths because of their cute words, and at that time so many students got sick with fever.
Is it spreaded from my students,
When iam teaching iam getting cough but it's neither worse cough nor normal cough it's like moderate to above average level.
How can I clear all these problems.
Initially I had been to consult cardiologist for routine check-up,I complained about dry cough;
They said that using Cardace-5mg & Amlong-5mg for long period;cough will come.Hence they stopped this medicine & prescribed Metosartan-50mg ,Tazloe AM 40mg .for cough
Budecort-200mg for 10days.
After taking this capsules cough has stopped,again after 20days it repeated;once again I took the same capsules,but this time it has not stopped.
For temporary relief I have taken ALKOF-LS syrup;
But It has not stopped till to date(2months)

I'm diabetic (h1bac 7.4) and taking treatment. At time once in while I used to have breathing problem and got tested with treadmill and other tests and all come normal. I take Esiflow 250 inhaler 2-3 puffs and it becomes normal. From recent time I'm having this frequently specially when I wake up in the morning and/or in the evening time. Esiflow 250 still works but now it's frequent almost once in two days. Day time no issues only majority morning time and in the evening. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks

It started with a dry cough in December 2025. And I have got myself treated by allopathic doctor first ,then homeopathic doctor and later by ayurvedic doctor.
I have got all the tests done like TB, face PNS,chest xray,blood test ,angioscopy.
But all the reports were perfect.
The question is my cough is not healing...I am having issues talking die to continuous dry cough...which recently resulted in mucus cough a week back and a runny nose
What am I supposed to do to cure my cough?

I need advice for a chronic breathing issue ongoing for 2-3 years.
Every morning, I experience heavy pain, severe difficulty breathing, heavy chest congestion, and a blocked nose. I pass slippery, transparent-to-whitish, sometimes stringy mucus that feels impossible to clear completely. This used to last 1-2 hours, but over the past few days, it has worsened and now lasts 3-4 hours before returning to normal for the rest of the day.
I also have long-standing sneezing fits (at least 3 sneezes in a row), triggered by dust/blankets and occasionally occurring randomly. I do not have sinus pain or headaches.
I live in a high-pollution, heavy-traffic area and tend to feel cold easily, preferring to keep my torso covered.
Could this be allergic asthma, severe allergic rhinitis, or pollution-related airway inflammation? Please advise on diagnostic tests, appropriate prescription treatments, and management strategies.
