My father was completely fine last night, but when he woke up this morning he was unable to bend his knee properly either forward or backward. He is also having slight pain around the knee joint. We gave him 1 Combiflam, but the condition is still persisting. There was no known injury or fall. Could you please advise what this could be and whether he needs to be examined urgently or get any tests done?
Hiii...my daughter is 6 years old...her weight is 25 kg...on Monday morning, my daughter slipped very badly and hit her back against the wall. At that time, she was unable to stand or sit properly, so we immediately took her to the doctor. The doctor did X-rays, and both her spine and pelvis X-rays were completely normal. The doctor said the pain is probably due to ligament contraction/muscle strain and advised complete bed rest for a few days, as children usually recover faster.
Today is her third day, and now she can walk and sit without much difficulty. Sometimes when she climbs onto the bed quickly, she says she feels very slight pain, and sometimes there is no pain at all. Is this normal? Will she become completely normal again like before?
Hi my mother has discomfort and pain in left knee.
Attached X Ray results and blood tests. Only values out of range were in CBC, iron serum 29, TIBC 228, vit D 47.8, calcium 9.2. initial ortho visit doctor suggested medicines folitrax 2.5, folvite 5 and medrol 4 along with pain spray to manage. Started physiotherapy last week. She says mother's left knee has low blood circulation. There is some swelling but it isnt painful. Do i need to consult ortho/vascular doctor for this or it can be managed by exercise and diet change?
