Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now
I am unable to pass the stool as soon as I wake up since a month. I take tea and biscuits, then I am able to pass it, but with mild straining. Still I don't feel fully relieved.
I have been taking 500mg of calcium since 2 months. Water intake is also around 4-5 glasses.
My daily meal contains, tea and 2 biscuits in the morning, then a simple breakfast, 2 chappatis with vegetables in lunch, and then a bowl of dal at night. I feel, my diet's less.
What to do, I am in tension!!
Though I don't have constipation, when I pass stool it hurts a bit initially ad few drops of blood i can see dropping and along with stool as well.
Around a week ago, I had a high fever and diarrhea. I was treated with ORS and plenty of fluids. The fever subsided, but I continued to experience a stomachache, slow digestion, foul-smelling gas, and less frequent diarrhea.
My doctor prescribed a course of probiotics, which I completed, but it didn't provide much relief. After that, I took Norfloxacin for three days, which also had little effect.
Currently, I started taking Metrogyl 400. I took a dose last night and felt relief from my stomach cramps this morning. Since I am prone to constipation, I would like to know the exact dosage and duration?
I was positive for Hpylori in july and gastro gave me Rifashell 400 twice for 30 days but could only do 20days then i had to stop because of some financial distress. Now in Sep I m getting acidic burps and burning sensation i m nauseous and moreover i use to take nicotex beacuse i quit smoking 6 months ago. How can i get my digestion back and gut issues be gone? Should i repeat Rifashell400 and complete the course ? Should i add something to heal my gut lining. Cause PanD couldnt solve my acidity it s too extreme.
