Hi Dr., from 3 days I'm having jaw and left arm pain off and on,not severely but normal paining... I have anxiety since 1 month. My previous CBC, TSH, and X-ray are normal. 12days back my ECG was fine, but I had no pain that time.... Today I got scared anxious and went to the hospital to do an ECG again. Can you please check if this new ECG is ok? This arm and jaw pain started 3 days ago. Do I have any cardiac issue or it's from anxiety ?
I done my ECG 7 days back. Doctor told its normal I have pricky pain on and off in left chest Do need to worry.

Actually, I really didn't had any option to go out and look for information so I searched online and landed up here.! Before only I got to know about this competition and I am currently thinking of developing something related to med tech. As you know world is evolving so is technology. I thought of some dental devices or something to help on with surgery or reduce muscle strain for your exhausting working hours.I also thought of hand tremors for surgery efficiency. I wonder if you could help me with the ideas.If you can please do tell me what's the most tiring thing in your routine or something that strains you up so much.The more the consents the better, because only with variety I can come up with a better and best idea.I hope you can help me as I don't have much time to submit the manuals.Thanku.
I am 28 years old and have been experiencing chest tightness, heaviness, and chest pain for a long time. These symptoms do not occur only during exercise. Sometimes they happen even when I am sitting or resting. The pain can be in the middle of the chest or on the left side, lasts a few seconds, and then goes away. Sometimes it is associated with left arm pain, sometimes not. I have had multiple TMTs and Echocardiograms over the years, all normal. CT Coronary Angiography done 3 years ago was normal. My latest TMT (2 months ago) was normal, and my latest Echo (3 months ago) was normal with EF 72%. Today I walked on a treadmill for 15 minutes (4.2 km/h, incline 3.5 for 6 min and incline 5 for 6 min). My heart rate reached 148 bpm, but I had no chest pain during exercise. Does this symptom pattern sound more cardiac or non-cardiac in nature considering the normal investigations? Can I feel it's non cardiac without repeating any tests now please suggest I am scared to the core
