Buttock pain

Suffering from buttock pain specially right. And thighs as well. Taking defcort 6mg Pregaba nt Myoril 8mg Doing exercise as well but no improvement. I am a delivery boy working in grocery delivery. I drive a bike and lift heavy groceries. Pain since 2months.

Neck to fingers pain

Lately my mother has been complaining about Neck and right hand pain, when checked with our family doctor he consulted for X-ray after which he updated that the bone marrow has rubbed which is common in this age will be treated with medicine and asked to not use high pillow henceforth after the consultation she started using low pillow but the Hand pain has increased along with some sensations. Please help does it need any special consultation or what why to tensed about it.

Lower back pain with even 2min standing

Lower back pain from 2months - X-ray done -initial findings no nerve compression or disc issue -concluded muscle spasm. From X-ray spine is completely straight due to muscle stiffnes and the complete body load is coming on spine hence the pain. been advised for physics therapy for a week to relieve the muscle stiffness. Now after 1week physio also the pain is persisting. To clarify once again o don't have radiating pain to leg. After standing still for 5mins the pain travels from lower back towards toward front upper thigh from sides forming a C-Curvature path from back to front via sideways and ceases. I have taken pain killer, muscle relaxants , hot packs , physio , Multi vitamin tablets. Pls advise the next steps !!

Slip disc issue

My father's age is 51 He has been diagnosed with slip disc (between L4 and L5) I have attached the MRI reports He is having unbearable pain that starts from lower back n goes till left leg He is not able to sit even for 10 sec tingling and pain starts We have shown one spine surgeon He told us to take meds for 3 week n if condition doens't improve then proceeds to surgery He has given Ultracet Pan - D Gaba neuron (NT 400/10) Even taking for 10+ days there is no major improvement We have shown to 2nd doctor for second opinion as it is feeling so much risky for operation And 2nd doctor said don't take so much meds And he told to take meds for 6days and stop the previous med He prescribed DFZ 6mg If no improvement then have to do surgery So now i m confused wht should I do and whom should I consult Is surgery is the only solution left for my dad? He is having high blood pressure, diabetes and taking meds of that too Whom should I consult i want assurance and more discussion
