Taking crushed Pulmoclear with water

I am completely unable to sit up, and I cannot even sit in a slightly inclined position. I am taking Pulmoclear tablets, but I am unable to swallow them because I am lying completely flat. So I crush the tablet and mix it with water before drinking it. Is it okay to take it that way?

Wheezing trouble in cold sessions

I had TB in my lung and had a scar/mark and I got to know that I also has ABPA Apergillus allergy, I sometime feel breathing problem, I also had covid positive Didn't had steroid for covid but positive and bit breathing problem. My psychiatrist said I have adhd and tried all medicines ,not only is the medicine remaining is Guanfacine er/ Clonidine ER I am worrying Because I have read on the internet that these two medicines can cause upper respiratory Infection Should I take this Medicine or not?as I already have lung conditions Looking for advice as many as possible
