Low heart rate (48 bpm) with dizziness

My mother (63 years) has been experiencing dizziness. Her ECG shows sinus bradycardia with heart rate around 48 bpm and mild conduction delay. Blood reports (sugar, thyroid, B12) are normal. She is on Atorvastatin (Orvas 10) for cholesterol from long time. Doctor has prescribed vertigo and nerve-related medicines, but I am concerned whether the low heart rate is causing her symptoms.

"Hello Doctor, I am a 30-year-old male seeking advice on my recent blood reports. Key Issues: Vitamin Deficiency: Significant deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3. I feel frequent fatigue and low energy. Lipid Profile: My LDL (Bad Cholesterol) and Triglycerides are high and outside the healthy range. Context: I am a teacher and lead a moderately active life, but I am currently dealing with stress and overthinking. Guidance Needed: Please suggest the best supplements/medication for Vitamin B12 and D3. Suggest if I need medicine for Cholesterol or if diet/exercise is enough. High chest pain with m breathing problem

Hi Doctors, Good morning. I would like to inform you that, yesterday I had a moderate to high pain around my chest area, pain on back left associated with difficulty in breathing. Yesterday I had some chicken biriyani with a glass of coke. Day before yesterday I had fish curry both are home made not outside food and I had it in regular quantity not in excess. With that in mind, I searched for home remedies and had eno, warm water. I went to toilet for 2 times and I am feeling better than yesterday night. But the pain is still on and off. Breathing is ok for now. I have some Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, ENT issue like tinnitus, discharge, Vertigo issue. when I recently checked my BP in hospital I got 150/90. Nurse told me that's bec of speed walk. its ok.  I request you to guide me what I need to do now, within what time I need to consult Doctor. If so which specialist do I need to consult Cardiologist or Gastro or Lung specialist. I am confused and please suggest me on this.
