How to solve this?

Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing. But later i found i dont have any morning wood and the erection also got effect and it is not strong like it used to be. I can see the difference in size and girth. I have visited the urologist yesterday and he done physical examination and he didn't found any varicocele and shape changes in testis and it was symmetrical. He asked to take testosterone test and asked me to see him again after 15 days. He gave me this tablet for 15 days named Revel 100 mg Capsule — Mucuna pruriens extract . I worried right now and i didnt got the correct answer. Should i consult once more. Age : 25 Weight : 100kg Height : 160 cm. Please give me correct answer for the query

Frequent urination after drinking water

Hi Doctor, Sometimes iam getting frequent urine after drinking water like suppose if i drink 2full glass of water will get urine after 30mins later every 10mins for 2 to 3 times if I don't drink water will get burning sensation some days I am not diabetic but this frequency of urine after drinking water is from last years iam afraid that is it related to cancer. Can you please confirm me that is it cancer or not TIA

Dull ache in right lower abdomen

I have attached mri scan report Right testis absent Left testis is undecended testis In semen analysis test showing Azoospermia Bilateral seminal vesicles with mild hypoplastic with prominent cryst...but I don't feel any pain or symptoms Hormonal balance test are normal AMH report is normal Inhibin b test report is normal I have a concern that bcz of testis I have zero sperm count or from bilateral seminal vesicles I have zero sperm count...please clarify it

Need help tapering off meds

My dad has been taking roliflo od 2 and voxate for almost 7 months now(we were not aware of it) and now I want to help him taper off the medication and maybe switch to homeopathy, Kindly suggest me how to go about it as the prescribing doctor is very difficult to reach, should I consult another urologist? Or follow the suggestion that would be given here by kind doctors? Thank you
