Contiues loose motions from 6 days

From 7 jul loose motions started suddenly then vomiting also started then taken o2 tablet and ridol tablet then no effect then taken rt 100 for 2 days then rifraxgyl m tablet but no effect

I am sleeve gastrectomy patient and from few years was continuously suffering with Vit B12, Iron, folic acid, ferritin and Vit D deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia. Lot of dizziness, fatigue and kind of seizures I am facing. Haematologist provided me few tests and I did. Sharing here the test report. Outside food, oily food undigested
