I've been getting foot pain (sole and especially around my heel) after walking or standing for too long. It's an ache which feels like my feet are extremely sore. It gets fine after resting them. What is it and what can I do to reduce it?
I have acl grade 1 sprain and mild degeration of right knee...pain was not much bcz I have restrained my activities also my vit D is 4.6 for which I am taking medicines But after doing pysio for 2 days i was getting mild pain but day 4th day was right knee started paining badly and swelling was there. And exercises I was doing was very basic and I have no problem in left leg while doing those exercise infact it feels stronger bcz now when I am wearing brace in the right knee ..my left leg is handling the pressure well I am in a lot of pain Can't understand why basic exercise is making knee painful . Please help me Thanks in advance
