Abdominal Pain Treatment

Most of the causes for abdominal pain are not serious and can be easily diagnosed and treated. Pain caused due to injury can lead to internal bleeding and should not be ignored at any cost. Tests such as stool or urine tests, endoscopy, x-ray or ultrasound or CT scan can be used to determine the reason behind the pain.

Painful swollen lump near anus

I have developed a painful swollen lump near the anal opening. The pain is present while passing stool and I also experience pain even while passing gas. Sitting for long periods makes the discomfort more noticeable. I noticed the swelling recently and it is tender to touch. I have attached a photo of the affected area for reference. I would like to know what could be causing this pain and swelling, whether it requires an in-person examination, and what tests or treatment may be needed. I have started increasing my water intake and eating fiber-rich foods to keep my stools soft. I have not attempted any treatment other than maintaining hygiene. Please advise on the seriousness of this problem and whether I should consult a general surgeon or another specialist.

Constipation

I am currently using dupholax for treating it but it is not coming in help as my skin is already irritated right now , my skin is swollen and got tears easily and blood, don't know how to treat it as it is causing problems in my daily life as I am unable to have anything more if the stomach is not cleared . I don't even have the natural urge to poop. It is a forceful process now. I have one long lasting problem which is farting like sounds coming inside not outside like bloating. It is just not some farts but the body is creating vibration inside which are like farts.
