Lower abdomen pain

I feel pain in my lower abdomen area when i talk to my boyfriend at night, this is happening since a week and also i missed my periods this month(never before), should i talk to him or he is unhealthy for me?? also why am i feeling pain, is it coz my body is asking for physical touch? I had my 1 st pregnancy as ectopic /tubal pregnancy and one tube got removed. I tested for the other tube and no blockage was there ,then proceeded with next one . 2 nd time when I got pregnant it was a this time in the uterus only.In 5 th week they said heartbeat got and it was flickering. But heartbeat stopped in 6 th week and baby got removed. What is the chance of my next time getting a successful pregnancy and outcome. Is there any chance that my past pulmonary TB which I got 7 years back and completed cured showing some effect on the pregnancies.

For periods delay

I was expecting my period on the 22nd, but it has been delayed. Before that, I had physical contact on April 3 and April 14, both with protection. 24 Female Since 7 months i am having non cyclic pain in right breast and armpit, done all types of physical examination by general surgeon, ultrasound, chest x ray, blood test: nothing came out but problem dint go despite all types of medicines, physiotherapy etc. Now since 3-4 days I have also started having the same pain in my left armpit and side of breast. I am very stressed as visited so many doctors but pain is just increasing and spreading.
