Very unlikely. UPT negative on day 32 is quite reliable. The spotting was most likely from the i-pill itself. You can repeat UPT after 7 more days just to be sure.
Next Steps
Repeat UPT on 18 July with first morning urine. If still negative, you're clear. Consult me on Practo if needed.

Very less chances of a pregnancy if your upt is negative.
Still just to be sure, you can go for bhcg levels and if you do not want to spend so much money, get a repeat upt done after 1 week.
