I’ve been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly (3 doses completed) as I found my Vit d level 19.8 ng/ml. My symptoms like body ache, muscle pain , anger have partially improved. Should I add Vitamin K2 (MK-7) to this regimen? Is it necessary for calcium utilization and safety, or can Vitamin D alone be continued?

I have a fibula head fracture six weeks ago and also injury at the knee joint. Now the fracture is likely healed and no pain at the fibula head. But during walking and when putting pressure on the knee joint there is pain at the knee joint specially at the patella region. What can be done?
